Career and Discernement COach
Sharon Phelan is a career professional with over 20 years of coaching experience. She has a love and passion for helping individuals discern, embrace and live joyfully their Vocations, Careers, and Missions in life. She helps clients identify and build on their God-given strengths while shoring up their blind spots.
Sharon has experience as a Career Consultant at Salt River Project and as a Human Resource Specialist at Arizona State University where she worked with employees to find a good fit in the organization or move on to something better outside of the company. Sharon has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Masters degree in Higher and Adult Education.
She has a toolbox of resources to help anyone from a young college student or graduate discerning their future, to an established professional seeking advancement or transition.
Sharon is blessed by a 28-year adventurous marriage to her husband Michael. They are grateful to God for the gift of each of their 6 living children. Sharon now happily gets to share vocational and career advice with her adult children as they discern their own callings! (usually only when asked….).
